Pueblan milk snakes can grow between 24 – 48 inches (60 -120cm) in length and have a life span of up to 20 years. Their temperament can be shy and they can also be quick but will regular handling they make great pets. Milk snakes like most snakes are carnivorous and will eat defrosted rodents, starting on pinkies when young and as they grow so should the size of the prey item. They require a basking spot of 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 celcius) and low huidity levels of between 40 – 60%, this can be maintained with a humid hide (a box of damp moss).
